Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vrindavan Handicrafts. We take extreme care in packaging and shipping our sacred wooden temples, spiritual necklaces, puja essentials, and divine gifts to ensure they reach you safely.
Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
🚀 1. Processing Time
Handling Time: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not packaged or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or handcrafting larger custom wooden temples, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
🗺️ 2. Shipping Locations & Coverage
We proudly ship to all pin codes all over the World within 7-15 days
We ship internationally from India. Export orders only; delivery within India is not available.
💰 3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Calculated at Checkout: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process, based on the total weight and destination.
No COD: As per our payment guidelines, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All shipments are dispatched only after a secure online payment is verified.
🛃 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Global Orders)
Buyer Responsibility: Vrindavan Handicrafts is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon entering your country.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
❌ 5. Shipping Address Modifications & Cancellations
Address Accuracy: Please carefully double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
Cancellation Post-Shipment: If you choose to cancel your order after it has already been handed over to our courier partner, the exact shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
🚨 6. Damages During Transit
We pack our fragile items—especially our wooden mandirs—with heavy-duty protective layers.
If your product arrives physically broken or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at vrindavanhandicrafts@gmail.com with a continuous unboxing video and clear photos. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on damaged item claims.
